Responsibilities
Provide high-quality Emergency Medicine care in a critical access hospital setting
12-hour physician shifts with 2 providers per 24 hours
APP support during peak hours (10a–10p)
Manage adult and pediatric resuscitation, procedural sedation, intubations, chest tubes, central lines, and OB/GYN procedures/deliveries
EMR: Meditech
Comfortable treating all age groups
Flexible locum scheduling; ongoing coverage required
Travel, lodging, and car rental covered for non-local providers
Qualification
Required
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
DEA Registration
ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications required
Minimum of 250 case logs in the past year
Comfortable with all EM procedures and critical care scenarios
Preferred
Active North Dakota license or IMLC
