Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license
Minimum 5 years' litigation experience, including 3+ years in federal court
Strong writing skills and courtroom presence
Preferred
Class action, data privacy, cybersecurity, or arbitration experience (FINRA, AAA, JAMS)
Background in Big Law, government, or clerkships
