Field Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate and effectively work cross functionally with Operations, Sales, Business Partner Services and Samples Fulfillment teams as well as external customers
Drive strong relationships with Business Partners in assigned territories to develop merchandising plans that meet promotional standards and drive engagement with end users
Educate business partners and provide product knowledge materials that provides product value, quality, and history of the brand
Propose merchandising investments for business partners to help drive sales
Interact and build strong relationships with internal and external partners providing updates on the sales strategy and escalate issues when appropriate
Schedule and deliver display units, samples, and other marketing assets to business partners
Maintain Business Partners’ display units to promotional standards that exemplifies cleanliness with accuracy of merchandise and is aesthetically presentable
Accurately input and update customer information through Salesforce on a daily basis
Provide samples for specific projects and update identified product libraries with all Cambria designs, marketing materials, and contact information
Set up and tear down assets at local home and trade shows, in collaboration with the Marketing team
Perform inventory management in partnership with Distribution Center Manager on a monthly basis
Complete all data entry and paperwork associated with tracking of samples and merchandising assets
Complete housekeeping tasks internally and externally to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required

Strong business knowledge and financial acumen
Proven track record of being customer-focused with a professional demeanor
Ability to build strong professional relationships and proven track records of sales

Entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility
Must be able to work out of their home as needed
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Previous experience in customer service, inventory management or sales required
Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software, Concur and Salesforce strongly preferred
Employees driving a company vehicle must be at least 23 years old and have at least 1 year of experience driving a passenger vehicle
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials as well as have the ability to attend in person meetings

Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior B2B or A&D experience is preferred
Concur and Salesforce strongly preferred
