They are seeking a Project Commissioning Engineer to conduct comprehensive testing of automation equipment, troubleshoot complex circuits, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the commissioning process.

Responsibilities
Report on status and communicate technical issues
Conduct comprehensive testing of all automation equipment and critical systems (electrical, network, IO, Drives, Motors, etc.) to verify functionality and performance
Utilize schematics, DMM, scope-meter, and small hand tools to troubleshoot complex circuits
Test and troubleshoot Drive, PLC, and IO communications
Coordinate with technical lead, and/or end customers to update commissioning plan progress
Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during testing, collaborating with engineering teams to find solutions
Maintain high standards of quality throughout the commissioning process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of motors and drives and how to troubleshoot them
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Visio
Communication skills, both written and verbal are required
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Interacts with customers very well
An intelligent individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization, with excellent communication skills
Preferred
Aptitude in programming/configuring PLC's (Allen Bradley, Siemens, and GE), drives (Siemens, ABB, and Allen Bradley), and or HMI packages is a plus
Experience in industrial electrical is strongly preferred
Willingness and desire to participate in ongoing training to maintain technical competency in automation products, software and complimentary areas
