Yancey Bros. Co. is an authorized Caterpillar equipment dealer serving Georgia since 1914. They are seeking an Industrial Electrician Lead responsible for overseeing electrical aspects of production and performing electrical installations for industrial packaging.

Machinery

Responsibilities

Assisting Peers in their Technical productivity
Ensure Daily consumable items are available
Ensure that job specific parts or material is procured
Assist Assembly Lead whenever needed with task
Ensure a safe, clean and 5ss compliant environment
Be a positive influence and encourage your team daily
Wiring AC & DC lights, 3-way switches, GFCI receptacles, Load Center
Bending and sizing of conduit, sizing of wire
Interpret current NEC codes
Interpret shop drawings
Other duties as assigned and qualified
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
Additional duties as assigned by manager

Required

3 years minimum experience as an electrician apprentice or journeyman as either a commercial or residential electrician
Ability to read a tape measure and compute basic math
Working knowledge of basic electrical installation

Preferred

A two year undergraduate degree from an accredited college preferred
