Responsibilities
Work alongside the team lead in accounts payable to accurately process vendor invoices and shipment records
Sort, review, and organize substantial numbers of financial and delivery-related documents for digital archiving and billing purposes
Review outstanding invoice tasks, ensuring prompt forwarding of finalized documentation to the correct departments
Verify and manage shipping paperwork, including transportation records, maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements
Uphold exceptional standards for speed and precision, routinely managing large-scale document loads, particularly during periods of high activity
Investigate and resolve mismatches or errors discovered in financial or freight paperwork
Assist the broader finance team with administrative duties to enhance efficiency and process accuracy
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in finance or a related field; a degree is not required
Ability to manage and process large volumes of documents efficiently and accurately
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Capability to work effectively under tight deadlines, especially during peak business periods
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in financial records
Preferred
Background in shipping or inventory processes is highly desirable
Proficiency in using Excel and barcode systems is a plus
