Responsibilities
Cut and shape wood parts using saws, routers, and sanding tools
Assemble saddle tree components using adhesives, fasteners, and jigs
Apply fiberglass coating and finish sanding of tree surfaces
Follow detailed drawings, templates, and production instructions
Inspect finished products for accuracy, symmetry, and quality
Track materials and time per work order
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
Communicate material needs or defects to supervisor
Adhere to shop safety procedures and wear PPE
All other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Experience with woodworking and carpentry tools
High level of attention to detail and craftsmanship
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to read templates, blueprints, or instructions
Physical dexterity and comfort with repetitive hand tasks
Previous woodworking or carpentry experience preferred
Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and adhesives
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
