Performs complex tests, tasks, and/or experiments
Utilizes standard or nonstandard procedures required for product development, process scale-up, or production processes
Ensures 3M quality standards are met and maintained
Adapts existing testing approaches
The employee performs work under general supervision
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or higher (Completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Preferred
Demonstrated coaching, interpersonal communication, and team leadership ability
History of successfully applying business knowledge to support business needs and goals
Initiates, leads, and implements problem identification and resolution
Five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
