Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports for all incoming payments and refunds
Process and post cash deposits, misapplied payments, chargebacks, refunds, credits and overpayments to the general ledger
Apply payments received by various methods (Lockbox, ACH, Wire, Check)
Process adjustments and write-offs to invoices
Assist with daily reconciliations to ensure applications are complete and accurate
Research inaccuracies with payments that have been posted, or that are missing and need to be applied correctly
Partner with Collections in resolving disputed payment applications
Qualification
Required
Prior AR/Cash Applications experience is required
Experience utilizing large-size ERP systems, such as Oracle R12 or SAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Act as a self-starter
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
