BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Medicare certified Oahu Visits office in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Clinical Manager will lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures, while also being accountable for internal case management and field staff evaluation and development.

Responsibilities

Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals
Processing incoming referrals
Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff
Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
Monitoring quality assurance
Managing staff productivity, and overall case management
This is a full-time in-office position including client visits as necessary

Qualification

Hawaii Registered Nurse licenseMedicare Certified Home Health CareOASIS documentationICD-10 codingHCHBPeople managementAcute care experienceMed/surge experienceSub-acute experienceLeadership experienceOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

An active Hawaii Registered Nurse license
Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation
Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding
Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

Home Health experience preferred
Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience
HCHB a plus
Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred/required
