Responsibilities

Overseeing the entire lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction projects from inception to completion
Leading the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple hyperscale data center projects
Serving as CoreWeave's representative, overseeing general contractors, collaborating with designers, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Managing scheduling, budgeting, and risk with a strong emphasis on MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure

Required

B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of construction project management experience
3+ years of direct experience managing data center construction projects with a strong emphasis on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
Demonstrated experience managing projects with a contract value of $100M+
Deep technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and redundancy protocols
Experience with web-based project management tools
A valid driver's license with no significant MVA points/violations

Preferred

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) certification
Experience with electrical and low-voltage equipment coordination, commissioning, or quality assurance
