Gecko Hospitality is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all dining, bar, and event service operations within a high volume hospitality environment. The role requires a hands-on leader who will manage daily F&B execution, develop teams, control costs, and ensure a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all food and beverage service operations including restaurants, bars, and events

Lead, coach, and develop F&B leaders and hourly teams

Ensure exceptional guest service through visible leadership and quick issue resolution

Manage budgets, labor, payroll, and cost controls to achieve financial targets

Oversee POS procedures, reporting, and revenue reconciliation

Partner closely with culinary, catering, and sales to execute successful events

Maintain vendor relationships, inventory controls, and equipment readiness

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Provide Manager on Duty coverage as needed

Required

Three or more years of F&B leadership experience in a high volume hospitality operation

Strong operational, financial, and people management skills

Proven ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability

Organized, decisive, and calm under pressure

Comfortable managing multiple outlets and priorities at once

ServSafe and TIPS certification or ability to obtain

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hospitality experience
