Responsibilities

Oversee discovery processes, including gathering evidence and conducting depositions

Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury cases
Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
Strong expertise in civil litigation, including drafting motions and briefing

Proven track record in negotiating settlements for personal injury plaintiffs
