Manage and grow your own portfolio of private charter clients
Respond to inbound leads and re-engage past prospects
Close charter trips with support from our full-service operations team
Maintain organized pipeline activity within our CRM
Identify cross-sell opportunities across our other service lines
Represent Thrust Aviation with professionalism, discretion, and high-touch service
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in private jet charter sales (as a broker)
Active book of business or strong client relationships you can bring
Proven ability to close high-value trips and manage demanding clients
Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working remotely or in-office, with autonomy and structure
