Responsibilities
Execute face-to-face sales and marketing strategies in retail environments
Engage customers, build rapport, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Professionally promote and represent products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Maintain strong product knowledge and assist with peer training as skills develop
Communicate product features and comparisons clearly and confidently
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
Qualification
Required
Competitive, motivated individuals eager to learn and grow
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or leadership development
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds during retail events
Preferred
Background in sports, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required
Entrepreneurial mindset with goals to advance into management
