Responsibilities
As a Residential Door-to-Door Sales Specialist, your day-to-day work centers on connecting directly with potential customers in their homes to introduce and sell internet products and services
Each day begins with planning your territory and schedule, giving you the independence to maximize opportunities while working within your assigned area
You’ll spend much of your time engaging face-to-face with residents, listening to their needs, and building rapport to effectively communicate
Using a company-owned vehicle, you’ll travel between prospects, process orders on-site, ensure service activation, and set up accurate billing, all while following up to confirm customer satisfaction and strengthen referral networks
Your role also involves meeting sales targets, leveraging user-friendly technology that eliminates internal channel conflicts, and occasionally attending special events to expand your network and boost sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
Prior Sales experience is required
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed to drive to and from assigned territories until you receive your company-owned vehicle
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads
