Qualification
Required
Banking experience
Customer service background
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and good follow-through
Time management and critical thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure
Proficient with a 10-key calculator and typing
Knowledge of MS Office
Preferred
Familiarity with account transactions and the dispute process
