Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mobile cranes, boom trucks, excavators, loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment
Perform troubleshooting on hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
Complete preventative maintenance, adjustments, lubrication, and component replacements
Respond to breakdowns in the field or shop as assigned
Document work orders, service findings, and parts used
Ensure all work meets OSHA, manufacturer, and safety standards
Communicate repair status and recommendations to supervisors and operators
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Crane Technician, or Diesel Mechanic
Hands-on experience repairing mobile cranes (hydraulic or lattice boom preferred)
Proficient with diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and safety awareness
