C2 Datacenter Network Architect - Lead
High Side Technology is seeking a C2 Datacenter Network Architect – Lead to design and implement advanced network solutions for the Intelligence Community. The role involves defining and optimizing datacenter network infrastructure for national defense missions while mentoring a team of engineers.

Responsibilities
Define, architect, and optimize datacenter network infrastructure for a high-priority national defense mission
Design and lead the implementation of advanced network solutions that empower the Intelligence Community
Apply deep expertise in software-defined networking (SDN), network transport, and security to build scalable, resilient systems
Mentor and guide a team of skilled engineers, driving the development of the next generation of secure, mission-ready network environments
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Network Engineering Lead or Architect supporting large-scale DoD enterprise environments
Proven expertise in Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
Experience designing high-availability datacenter networks supporting 20+ distributed spoke sites
Strong understanding of Layer 2–Layer 4 networking protocols across multi-vendor environments
Knowledge of modern network architectures and best practices, including Spine-Leaf designs
Active Secret clearance
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise intelligence networks such as JWICS, JADC2, NC3, or C3BMC
Background in DISN Network Transport planning and provisioning
Hands-on experience implementing Next-Generation Firewalls and SD-WAN solutions
Familiarity with hybrid cloud network architectures
Experience designing cross-domain and multi-layer enclave environments
TS/SCI clearance
Cisco CCIE certification
