Responsibilities
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes for aerospace components
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
Support tooling design and selection to optimize production efficiency
Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant aerospace standards
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Train production staff on new processes and best practices
Participate in audits and support regulatory and customer compliance efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3-7+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or process engineering
1+ year of experience with investment casting
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements
