Responsibilities
Assemble and test 80/20 aluminum extrusion structures according to mechanical drawings and engineering specifications
Perform material check-ins to confirm all components are received and match the required drawings
Conduct valve manifold and harness assembly following technical guidelines and quality standards
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, alignment, and proper functionality of assembled components
Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret and implement design requirements
Track time accurately and meet production schedules and deadlines
Support occasional urgent shipping or facility needs as required
Qualification
Required
Experience with mechanical assembly, carpentry, fabrication, or precision work (training provided on 80/20 systems)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities or urgent needs
Strong manual dexterity and comfort using hand and power tools
Commitment to safety and clean work practices
