Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all field operations for HVAC and plumbing installations on commercial projects
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to safety regulations and company standards
Provide technical guidance and support to field personnel, ensuring they understand project specifications and requirements
Review project plans and specifications to ensure that all installations comply with local codes and industry standards
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones
Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, including challenges and solutions
Ensure proper documentation of work performed and materials used on-site

Required

Proven experience as a Field Superintendent in HVAC and plumbing construction projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, including installation and maintenance
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Preferred

Relevant certifications in HVAC and plumbing are preferred
