Responsibilities
Examine and evaluate patients to determine pain levels and underlying causes
Recommend and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests
Develop and implement customized, multimodal treatment plans
Administer interventional procedures safely and effectively
Provide ongoing evaluation and follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for integrated patient care
Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with standards
Report to the Medical Director and participate in clinical decision-making
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and partners
Maintain a clean and organized clinical workspace
Attend and actively participate in required staff meetings and trainings
Consult supervising providers as needed for patient care management
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by the Medical Director or Administrator
Qualification
Required
Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine via Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology
Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pain Management and/or Orthopedics
Skilled in advanced interventional procedures including: Epidural steroid injections, Radiofrequency (RF) ablation, Spinal cord stimulation, Joint and nerve injections, Other minimally invasive therapies
Strong diagnostic skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
Excellent communication and clinical documentation abilities
Normal physical capacity for clinical and procedural duties
High level of decision-making and diagnostic reasoning
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced settings
Resilience and high tolerance for stressful situations
Preferred
Additional certifications or licenses in related fields are a plus
