They are seeking a Jewelry Sales Team Member to provide exceptional guest service, develop product knowledge, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities
Exceptional guest service is a must in this one-on-one sales environment. Make each guest feel welcome and give good guest service to each guest you encounter; learning their jewelry wants, interests and need
Be familiar with and willing to learn different types of jewelry, including but not limited to variations in precious metals and stones (e.g. gold, silver, platinum, etc.)
Be familiar with and willing to become more knowledgeable in current trends and designs in fine and costume jewelry, as instructed by Jewelry Manager
Be familiar with location of merchandise and help guests locate items of interest
Basic function and understanding of the cash register will be required
Keep merchandise straightened, clean and organized by following weekly task guidelines
Responsible for keeping showcases stocked and floor space stocked with costume jewelry; being in stock is an important aspect of the guest experience
Maintaining complete stock of paper supplies (i.e. bags, boxes, tissue paper, etc.)
Report all suspicious activity or shoplifting to Asset Protection Manager in a timely manner
Report any merchandise issues or product loss to Jewelry Manager
All other tasks assigned by management
Qualification
Required
A smile and a positive, friendly presence while interacting with guests on the retail sales floor
Exceptional guest service in a one-on-one sales environment
Familiarity with and willingness to learn different types of jewelry, including variations in precious metals and stones
Familiarity with and willingness to become more knowledgeable in current trends and designs in fine and costume jewelry
Familiarity with the location of merchandise and ability to help guests locate items of interest
Basic function and understanding of the cash register
Ability to keep merchandise straightened, clean and organized by following weekly task guidelines
Responsibility for keeping showcases stocked and floor space stocked with costume jewelry

Availability to work Wednesday and Friday of Thanksgiving Week
Availability to work the Annual Winter & Ski Event (1st Saturday in November)
