Responsibilities
Manage all phases of HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping designs
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC, with a focus on new construction high-rise projects
Strong knowledge of piping systems and mechanical installations
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards in NY
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
