Responsibilities

Support leaders in driving change, fostering learning, and exemplifying Dart’s EHS standards by cultivating a safe work environment through the implementation and ongoing maintenance of safety programs that protect employees from workplace accidents and injuries
Safeguard what matters by implementing strategic processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks – empowering leaders and employees to take proactive ownership of safety
Ensure leaders are equipped with the necessary support and resources to consistently foster a culture of safety in every moment of their leadership
Design and implement strategies that cultivate and sustain a safety culture led by employees
Provide strategic direction for safety initiatives within a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence
Develop a deep understanding of the business and local manufacturing operations to effectively influence and advance a strong safety culture

Required

Prior manufacturing EHS experience required (scope of 300+ employees, leading a 24/7 facility)

Experience transforming a team with poor safety habits into a high performing safety focused team
Advanced experience using root cause analysis and other process improvement methodologies
