Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
Position requires a detail oriented, organized individual with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Strong time management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent judgment and discretion
Knowledge of legal formats, procedures, terminology, court-related platforms (e.g., PACER, state court systems), and legal billing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel and LexisNexis
Ability to function and contribute as part of a team
Work well under deadlines and in a fast paced- high-pressure environment
Preferred
Litigation experience preferred
Experience in products liability, toxic torts, and/or asbestos litigation a plus
Experience with Juris and Aderant Total Office is a plus
