The role involves serving as the primary internal administrative resource on the sales account team, supporting employer groups through the contracting and enrollment process while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Primary resource to support employer groups through the contracting (Group Plan Agreements) and group enrollment process as well as validating rate renewal submissions (pre and post system updates)
Assist with researching, processing and following up on group/member inquiries, and assist with employer group’s day-to-day servicing requirements
Enhancing the group relationship and ensuring excellent customer service
Keeping the customer updated on status of their request as well as ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution
Assist the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and Account Relationship Consultant (ARC) as requested to reach the collective goals of the account management team and ultimately AMS, as well as provide an excellent group/member experience
The ability to perform all job functions for customer accounts as assigned/required
Complete other duties as assigned
