Responsible for overseeing 40 employees and 4 supervisors in a heavy machining shop
Will handle quality, safety, planning and scheduling of manpower and materials
Will handle financial and administrative reports for upper management
Will have direct floor presents with employees to lead continuous improvement efforts, policies and procedures
Will handle team building and leadership of small plant
Will work Monday through Friday
Qualification
Required
Hands on production management experience
Machining background is a strong plus
Track record of superior performance metrics
Lean experience is a strong plus
