Responsibilities
Develop, communicate, implement, audit and enforce standard work within your department
Generate ideas and be able to implement continuous improvement (CI) and 5S principles
Project a positive attitude, be open and willing to help others, be flexible, have excellent attendance and comply with all safety rules and procedures
Ensure your team is following safety rules and procedures
Leads and promotes a culture of safety first
Coordinate and lead the implementation of improvements within their department
Conduct regular 5S audits to ensure the department has all the required tools and is being maintained according to the 5S principles
Understand quality expectations and work with all team members to ensure quality procedures are being followed and standard work is being followed
Be flexible with hours across all shifts to train and coach
Qualification
Required
High School education or equivalent required
Must project a positive attitude
Be open and willing to help others
Be flexible
Have excellent attendance
Comply with all safety rules and procedures
Ensure your team is following safety rules and procedures
Must be qualified to coordinate and lead the implementation of improvements within their department

3-5 years' manufacturing experience, preferred
