Responsibilities
Accountable for researching the objectives of new business clients to determine recruiting goals and employment services needed
Responsible for recruiting High Level Candidates focusing on Engineering and IT including director and architect level individuals
Leverage background and knowledge to qualify candidates’ abilities related to the technical requirements of a position
Coordinate new hire process by conducting phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and performing ongoing follow-up with candidates
Extending employment offers, negotiating pay rates, conducting new hire orientation, and submitting candidate profiles to customers
Continually perform ongoing follow-up with candidates, building a lasting relationship and a valuable network of talented individuals
Discover and generate leads for new business as well as attend client meetings
Qualification
