This role offers new attorneys hands-on experience, direct client exposure, and meaningful responsibilities in various commercial real estate matters.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, loan documents, and related agreements
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda related to real estate and business law issues
Support due diligence review for transactions, including title, survey, and zoning
Participate in client meetings and communications
Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas to support client needs

Qualification

J.D. from accredited law schoolAdmission to Ohio BarAnalytical skillsWriting skillsOrganizational skillsInterest in transactional workEager to learnComfortable taking initiative

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school (Class of 2026 or recent graduate)
Admission to the Ohio Bar or ability to become licensed promptly
Strong academic record
Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative
Interest in transactional work and long-term growth within the real estate field
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
