5+ years expOrion Placement is representing a nationally recognized plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Texas. They are seeking an Attorney Manager to lead and mentor a team of trial attorneys, overseeing case strategy and ensuring high-quality legal work across the team.

Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4–6 litigation or trial attorneys and support staff
Oversee case strategy from intake through litigation, trial, or resolution
Participate in and guide trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and negotiations
Ensure consistent performance, accountability, and high-quality legal work across the team
Manage workflow, resources, and day-to-day operations for assigned cases
Reinforce firm systems, procedures, and performance standards
Serve as a hands-on litigation leader while developing future firm leaders
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Texas Bar license required
5+ personal injury jury trials (plaintiff or defense)
Strong command of Texas personal injury law and litigation process
Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Preferred
Management experience is a plus, but not required
