Must hold an advanced degree or be pursuing an advanced degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor Campus
Must have a demonstrated interest in career development and professional skill-building
Preferred
Former participant of the Biotech Career Development Program, or demonstrate a deep interest in career exploration
