Responsibilities
Ensure successful integration and education of new clients and existing clients into the Bold Integrated Payments and Tonic ecosystem
Provide comprehensive training and support to clients and new hires
Establish a strong foundation for long-term collaboration
Achieve high client accolades – internal team members and Clients
Get Clients to complete the program
Keep Clients engaged and referring through the program
Ensure new team members are onboarded with the necessary education and tools to be successful in their roles
Qualification
Required
Experience in merchant services, client success and training/onboarding of team members and clients
Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships
Passionate about working with small to mid-market businesses, customer relationship management, and teaching/coaching others
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience in onboarding, training, sales, or a related field
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
