Manage daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service
Supervise, train, and evaluate branch employees
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Oversee cash management, transaction accuracy, and branch reporting
Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
Lead local business development and grow deposit/loan portfolios
Perform branch security officer duties
Manage BSA/AML responsibilities, including CTR/OFAC reviews, EDD, KYC/CIP, and SAR escalation
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Korean/English required
7+ years banking experience, including 2+ years in a supervisor/manager role
Strong understanding of banking operations and BSA/AML compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
