Responsibilities
Manage pre-litigation and litigation files from intake through resolution
Communicate directly with clients in a compassionate and professional manner
Gather, review, and organize medical records and case-related data
Draft pleadings, discovery, claim summaries, and other legal documents
Assist attorneys in preparing cases for settlement or trial
Track deadlines, court filings, and discovery obligations
Maintain organized, trial-ready case files at all times
Utilize AI tools and internal systems to improve efficiency while maintaining substantive legal understanding
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury paralegal experience
Knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Experience with e-filing, discovery, calendaring, and deadline management
Strong understanding of medical records and case chronology
Ability to manage a heavy caseload independently
