Facilities Utility Technician
Carlton Staffing is a local staffing firm in Texas with over 44 years of experience. They are seeking an HSE & Facilities Coordinator to manage facility maintenance and health and safety responsibilities at their SE Houston client.

Responsibilities
General facility maintenance for office, lab and warehouse such as changing AC filters, replacing bulbs, and minor door maintenance
Completing safe work permits
Scheduling waste pickups and training employees on waste management requirements
Filing of manifests and annual waste reporting
Complete HSE incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Act as chemical hygiene officer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a scientific or HSE field
Experience in facility maintenance and / or project management
Proficient in MS Office
Completed training in Risk Assessment and Root Cause Analysis
Laboratory safety practices
Regional HSE laws
RCRA and Texas Waste Management Regulations
ISO 14001 & 45001 knowledge
