Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)

They are seeking an Entry Level Technical Recruiter to support multiple clients by recruiting and placing consultants on long-term assignments, while utilizing various recruitment tools and maintaining candidate information.

Responsibilities

Identifying and recruiting candidates utilizing all available tools including job boards, LinkedIn, JSG applicant database, referrals, pipelines, associations, etc
Source, qualify, vet, and present candidates
Schedule interviews and maintain submitted candidates
Consistently update Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records, and interview summaries
Work closely with Account Management to understand our clients' cultures, job requirements, and business relationships with JSG

Qualification

Staffing Industry experienceBachelor’s DegreeEager to learnCoachableCommunication skills

Required

1-2 years of Staffing Industry recruiting experience (Professional, F&A, Engineering, or IT) is ideal
Experience in an entry-level sales or marketing role in lieu of staffing experience will be considered
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Hard-working, eager to learn, coachable, and strong communication skills (phone/written) are a must
