Amber Hall - Assistant Program Director
Lantern Community Services is dedicated to supporting the independence and well-being of New Yorkers affected by homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. The Assistant Program Director will oversee the daily operations of supportive housing programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and managing program staff to achieve program objectives effectively.

Qualification
Required
Leadership and supervisory experience, including staff management and the ability to effectively oversee program operations
Proficiency in program development, implementation, and compliance, with a focus on supporting individuals in vulnerable populations
Strong crisis management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners
Understanding of evidence-based practices in areas such as mental health, homelessness prevention, and social services support
Experience in social services, particularly in areas such as health and wellness, education, or employment programs
Preferred
Master's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications are advantageous
