Senior Account Executive, Partner Relations

Responsibilities

Communicate investment offerings using approved materials, including Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs) and educational resources
Serve as a primary relationship manager for investment partners through scheduled Zoom meetings and ongoing follow-up
Maintain consistent, professional communication with partners to address questions regarding structure, process, timelines, and operations
Coordinate internally to resolve partner inquiries involving tax considerations, fund mechanics, operational updates, or documentation
Support long-term relationship development within an established partner network
Act as a trusted point of contact for partner inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses
Maintain a high standard of service to reinforce partner confidence and transparency
Serve as a lead representative on recurring partner webinars, providing industry context, macroeconomic insight, and operational updates using approved messaging
Participate in webinar preparation, rehearsals, live delivery, and post-webinar follow-up
Support the onboarding and ongoing development of Partner Relations team members through structured training and mentorship
Reinforce best practices in compliant communication and partner engagement
Research and evaluate industry conferences and events aligned with partner engagement and brand visibility objectives
Recommend appropriate events and assist with planning and coordination
Utilize HubSpot to track partner communications, engagement, and activity accurately
Manage documentation workflows including subscription agreements, DocuSign execution, Letters of Authorization (LOAs), side letters, and related materials
Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to resolve documentation or process-related issues

Required

Demonstrated experience working with oil and gas investments or capital raising
Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, development timelines, and investment structures
Experience supporting private placements or investment partnerships within a regulated environment
Familiarity with PPMs, subscription processes, and compliance-sensitive communications
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and DocuSign workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex energy topics clearly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partner relationships
Comfortable engaging with executive leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams
Direct Sales, cold-calling experience a must

Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
