Responsibilities
Review complex individual, trust, partnership and corporate tax returns prepared by tax staff for accuracy
Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm
Assist in Firm administrative functions as assigned by the members
Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client
Provide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Tax, Accounting or related field
CPA and review experience is required
6+ years recent public accounting tax experience
Proficient in corporate (C&S), partnership, taxation provisions and business M & A
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to
Ability to manage multiple engagements in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Great analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude are essential
Proven success with business development and business growth
Preferred
Experience with SALT is a plus
Book of business is a plus
