Customer Service Representative
Pulse Final Mile is dedicated to providing excellent service in logistics, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to facilitate communication and support operations. The role involves coordinating between various partners and maintaining high operational standards while ensuring compliance with contract metrics.
Responsibilities
Coordinate effective communication flow between Network Carrier Partners (NCPs), customers, clients, and retail partners
Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams and drivers adhere to client SOW procedures
Act as a local Pulse representative within the market, fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to Pulse standards, while upholding the Pulse culture and values
Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms
Maintain high standards for all operational activities
Support contract drivers and customers daily
Inbound and outbound calls through the scheduled shift
High volume of outbound calls to customers to confirm scheduled delivery and any pertinent information needed prior to scheduled delivery
Qualification
