The Administrative Fellow will manage various projects, undertake progressive responsibilities, and develop leadership skills while gaining knowledge in financial and human resources administration, patient care support, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

Manage a variety of projects throughout their assigned hospital/division

Opportunities for rotations through system facilities and divisions

Undertake progressive responsibilities in order to develop leadership skills that will prepare her or him to undertake managerial and leadership activities (i.e. task forces, work groups, sections or dept.) and is exposed to areas of specific interest

Report to preceptors who monitor fellowship progress and opportunities

Objectives: Increase Knowledge and understanding of the health system and related organizations, increase knowledge, skill and ability in financial resources and human resources administration, increase knowledge and understanding of patient care support and environment, and increase knowledge, skill, and ability in program evaluation and assessment
