Monthly BCBA clinical audits by an internal review team to uphold treatment excellence
Qualification
Required
BCBA certification
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
Strong communication skills
Commitment to treatment excellence
Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to manage a small caseload
