Responsibilities
Supervise and support hospice nurses, team managers, and on-call staff
Oversee admissions to ensure eligibility and appropriateness of care
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs for hospice care
Advocate for patients and families, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered service
Mentor and train clinical staff, ensuring compliance with hospice regulations
Qualification
Required
Current RN license with BSN or higher
5+ years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in hospice and 1+ year in leadership
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance, and patient care planning
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree
