Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring in various high school subjects based on your expertise
Communicate clearly with students and parents in both Korean and English regarding progress, goals, and expectations
Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning styles and academic levels
Support students with homework, test preparation, concept mastery, and skill-building
Track student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback
Create a supportive, motivating, and respectful learning environment
Qualification
Required
Fluency in Korean and English (required)
Ability to teach high school-level subjects (e.g., English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, History, etc.)
Strong communication, patience, and instructional skills
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working part-time with flexible scheduling
Preferred
Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred, especially with high school students
