Provide support and case management to Charterhouse School students and their families
Identify behavioral goals in collaboration with the student, family, school team, and other service providers
Lead the school-wide effort to build and maintain a safe academic space
Manage the school’s response to challenging behaviors to ensure collaborative, restorative practices
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field
Two to three years of experience working with youth or families
Preferred
Experience in a school setting preferred
LCSW or LCP license preferred
