Anaergia is a global leader in offering sustainable solutions to produce clean energy and the conversion of waste streams to resources. The Field Service Coordinator will be the main point of contact on-site, managing all site activities from establishment until handover to the commissioning team.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate field assignments for technicians and inspectors across active projects
Communicate daily with clients and contractors regarding site access, job requirements, and timing
Manage calendar logistics in real time
Respond to inquiries from clients, team members, and external partners in a timely, professional manner
Maintain detailed documentation related to projects, service requests, and field reports
Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive tasks, and
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the ongoing projects

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a coordination role, ideally in an office or technical setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Detail-oriented with a high level of reliability and follow-through
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Associates degree or higher
Experience working in construction, engineering, or field services industries
Familiarity with field reporting tools or project scheduling systems
Prior experience dispatching or coordinating mobile field teams
