Responsibilities
Champion and communicate the vision and mission for the business that empowers employees to meet and exceed expectations for customers and company leadership
Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 and all applicable regulatory certifications as well as foster a culture that prioritizes safe, reliable operations with the ability to balance these priorities with efficient customer service and satisfaction
Develop and implement business strategies with annual goals and objectives to meet financial, customer, process, and organizational targets
Scrutinize operational results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to ensure organizational performance meets/exceeds all targets set by the General Manager and/or Loar and to enable the growth of the business
Drive profitability, growth, and efficiency through the safe, efficient, and quality service of existing customers and enable acquisition of new customers
Other duties as assigned at the discretion of the General Manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15 years of operations experience preferably in aviation, aerospace, and/or defense
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field required
Demonstrated history of driving continuous improvement and building long term operational strategies that foster business growth in a fast paced environment
Preferred
MRO operations experience in Aviation, Aerospace, Defense is highly preferred
Experience in a high growth MRO business is highly preferred
MBA is preferred
